Jabra Evolve 65t Review – What’s in the Box?
When our Jabra Evolve 65t arrived, it came in a sturdy and durable-looking cardboard box. The front of the package displays an illustration of the device on the upper center, and right above it is the company’s name and the model of the earphones.
Below the image, you will read “Engineered to be the world’s 1st UC-certified true wireless earbuds” and under that would be some features of the earphones. Also on the lower left corner of the package is the tagline of the company that says “Making Life Sound Better”.
Once you open the box, you will find the Evolve 65t there together with a leatherette travel pouch that is also included in the package. Aside from the pouch and the Evolve 65t, you will find a charging case, 3 sets of silicone eargels, a micro USB cable, a quick start guide, the warranty and warning leaflets, the Jabra Link 370 USB adapter, and the TA label.
Jabra Evolve 65t Review
The design of the Jabra Evolve 65t is almost completely the same as the Elite 65t from the company too. There is only one color available for the earphones but given the target audience, this black and matte-silver finish gives off a classy, elegant, and professional feel to it.
These earbuds are adequately-sized and are comfortable which is great. It’s amazing since it has a rather compact size despite having most of its electronics packed within the buds, really just leaving you with the mic stem that slightly protrudes from the side of your head. For the fit and measurements, these come with a few pairs of silicone ear gels in different sizes. These provide excellent sealing to isolate noise and with that, we were able to focus on our music.
Controlling the Evolve 65t is similar to the Elite 65t but it has an extra command for talk-through. Each bud features a main button – the right offers calls & music management and is also used to trigger your device’s voice assistant, while the left is for controlling volume and skip tracks.
The Evolve 65t has the same stable design as other 65t earbuds. Its distinct shape doesn’t require stability fins since the bulky design holds in place inside your ears. Even if it doesn’t have stability fins, it’s good enough to stay securely in your ears when you’re running or working out. Since it’s wireless, you won’t have to bother with the earphones getting stuck on various objects.
Just like most truly wireless earphones, the Evolve 65t are highly portable. You can easily fit both earbuds inside a bag or small pockets. These also come with a compact case that doesn’t add too much bulk when you place it in your pocket.
The microphone concept of the Jabra Evolve 65t features the 4-microphone ambient noise cancellation technology with a frequency range of 100 Hz to 10 kHz and bandwidth of 100 Hz to 8 kHz. For the speakers, it measures 6.0 x 5.1 millimeters with a speaker bandwidth of 20 Hz to 20 kHz for music mode, and 100 Hz to 10 kHz for conference mode.
The Jabra Evolve 65t can go up to 15 hours for its talk time, and this is with 2x recharging in its charging container. It takes around 2 hours to get a full charge with the dedicated USB wall changer that’s 500 mA. The earphones use the Bluetooth 5.0 with a wireless range of up to 10 meters in total. You’ll get to pair up to 8 devices for the Bluetooth connection, and 2 devices for simultaneous Bluetooth connection.
The main dimensions of the unit are (L x W x H) 27 x 30 x 22.5 millimeters, while the charging case is 72 x 51 x 26.5 millimeters. The right headset weighs a total of 6.5 grams while the left is at 5.8 grams; for the charging case, it is 67 grams. Operating temperature of the Evolve 65y is at -10°C to 55°C.
Jabra made sure to include a 2-year warranty to their Jabra Evolve 65t for the convenience for everyone who will be purchasing these earphones.

Using the Product
The Jabra Evolve 65t is a great sounding pair of in-ear headphones, and it really is something that is greatly identical to the Elite Active 65t and Elite 65t. The earphones have excellent bass that will surely get you in the beat. It also gives off excellent mid-range and treble which is well-balanced.
Its default sound profile’s bass has just the right amount of thump and rumble, while its mid-range is just right and pleasing to the ears. As for the treble, it’s not that sharp and piercing so we really liked that, and there was nothing wrong with this sound profile so you can use this as is. Overall, these headphones are versatile and perfect for different genres, especially music that is bass-heavy.
When it comes to charging, the Evolve 65t gets up to a total of 15 hours per charge. Technically, that is 5 hours of playback for every charge; thing is, you simply set the device back to the charging case and they’ll get charged once more. You just need to have a micro USB cable with you then you can charge the case even when you’re listening with the earphones.
When traveling or working late at night, the Evolve 65t’s long battery life will work perfectly for you; and if your usage is lighter, then it’s possible for you to go through a whole weekend trip without needing to charge at all. But if you ever need to charge, you only need to use the charging case to get the device back into action.
The performance of Evolve 65t’s microphone is average, and this also goes for the proprietary dongle. In silent areas, recorded or transmitted speech using the mic sounds okay, but with the help of the dongle, it will somehow improve and become more clear and detailed which is good. For noisy environments, it will be slightly challenging to differentiate the ambient noise from speech, but we’re talking about really noisy areas in this case, yet if you’re in a moderately loud environment, it will perform better.
To sum it up, the Jabra Evolve 65t performed well and we didn’t really have any issues with it which is great. We give it a thumbs up for the quality sounds, durable build, and comfort; plus, we’d definitely recommend this to you and everyone else.
The Jabra Evolve 65t are great truly wireless earphones that will let you enjoy your favorite music no matter where you are. These are earphones designed for a more business-like feel in contrast to the regular Elite 65t, and includes a PC dongle that helps enhance the performance of the microphone. These are very portable and durable; plus, they can easily block adequate ambient noise to be suitable for office use and other activities as well.
For those who will mix listening to great audio with business uses like calling clients on Skype or making calls via smartphones, then the Jabra Evolve 65t is the best option for you.
